Today we got the 1st copies which means that many of you will be getting your copies starting Monday and Tuesday. We have to say that we are thrilled with how it came out and it is BIG!!! Over a hundred pages with only 15 ads is a LOT of content. Here are a few preview pictures.

They will be appearing at stores on Thursday. With all the pre-orders we got, less than 1/3 will be available in stores. That is awesome if you ask me. While we want people to find it in stores, just knowing that so many were excited enough to pre-order it, meant a lot.

Thanks P4B. This is our 1st regular issue and we are pretty happy with how it turned out. For those that had the inaugural issue, we kept the same paper and paper weight, so imagine the double issue than before. They are quite thick and heavy.

Thanks Kevin. There are 104 pages and 15 ads. So about 90 pages of content! Most shipped yesterday for people. For our forum members and those that bought from the site, we are shipping personally to ensure faster delivery since there is a Masters preview in it. The rest ship from our distributor and we were told that most of those shipped as well, but if not, they were dropped off and are shipping today or Monday.

Boy PDF would have been easier this time. But the finished product makes it hard to think like that. The designer outdid himself and to have 90 pages of content makes us extremely happy for everybody that will get to enjoy it.

I got mine today! My initial impression after leafing through is that the colors and pictures are great. Very vivid and detailed. Also, this thing is sturdy! I feel like I have a future collectors item in my hands. I can't wait to get started on it.

It is slightly thick. It feels like a Neiman Marcus catalog it is so heavy...But without all the ads. Looking forward to your feedback.

Went to mail and voila there it was! I'm a little concerned that I got mine the same time as hawk since he's up north but hey that's USPS for you. Haven't gotten to read it yet so stay tuned. It is pretty catalog hefty like JB said but with so much more fun in it. Furyk does look like a bada$$ in his pose though.

Pony made it to Omaha. Received my copy today. I've paged through it and it looks great. I read the Furyk article, the Shaft article, and the DSO so far. Also checked out some of the shoes in the Style, Art, and Performance section. I'm digging the Nike Air Anthems.

One thing I did notice in the Furyk article, is that two of the questions/answers didn't have the font color changes. Both the question and answer were in black font. The other questions/answers had the alternating font color scheme. Overall the quality is top notch, and definitely love the heaviness of the pages.

Yeah, Cwill. There were a number of small fixes that we wanted to make but due to timing, could not and that was one of them. Due to this issues having a Masters Preview, it had to ship before the fixes could be made. What did you think of the shaft article?

I liked it. Definitely helped to clear up some of the terminology around shafts. Still comes down to trying out the club/shaft combinations, and getting a fitting to help get the best shaft for your swing. Great article, and I can see why the contest winners had such great things to say about Tim's "over the phone" shaft fitting.

I loved his insight into demoing clubs and saying the shaft is good and demoing the club and saying the club feels bad. Loved that insight. I also loved the Hoeffy's no nonsense interview. He tells it like it is.

Sounds like I could see mine very soon then. My pony generally get's here around 11, so we'll see. I can't imagine what the shipping had to be on these as heavy as everyone say's they are.

We sent the ones out to those that pre-ordered and the rest are done elsewhere. It costs almost $4 to ship each issue for us. Not nearly that for a distributor.

I don't know how many were pre-ordered, and glad I did just to get it soon, but thats got to cut the profit margin by quite a bit. $4 time's a slew of those things I'm sure. I wish I would have ordered a couple extra and sent one to my mom, very avid golfer, and a couple buddies. Is there still plenty left to order from here, or would I need to look else where?

I've not made it through, so will hold until tomorrow, however I went directly to the shaft portion and then Jim Furyks interview. This is a large publication and will take some time, but so far I'm really impressed. The paper is so thick I keep thinking I'm skipping a page, lol. Very enjoyable so far.

Well, first I should say that I have limited time to do reading. I can get away with THP at work, but my free time at home can be scarce.

That being said, I've had a chance to browse the magazine and read a few articles. I really did like the shaft article. One thing that I will remember from it is that a shaft that has too much flex is very evident to a golfer, but a stiff one will many times cause the golfer to just call it a bad club. When I get around to getting fit for a driver, I am definitely going to going to have a better idea what I am looking for in a shaft.

I like the Furyk interview too. It was nice to see you guys try to loosen him up and get some non-golf questions out of him. Too bad he didn't want to answer them all. Another thing I loved is that I didn't have to skip 20 different "tips" that I don't need floating around my head. I really respect that you don't cloud our minds with random instruction.

I enjoyed the DSO writeup, but it would have been cool to see a list of how each driver did points-wise. It seemed like some of them kind of got lost in the shuffle.

Other than that, I haven't read much. I would again like to say how vivid and striking the magazine is. Really a work of art guys. Great job!

Just got my copy today. Very impressed with the quality and content. The section on drivers is very thorough and will help anyone who is looking to purchase a new one. Although I don't care for the fashion part of golf it certainly had enough to please those that do care about that. I definitely want more of this magazine. Great job!

That is great Braveheart. Glad you are liking it. Its funny, I finally sat down and read the entire thing today cover to cover. I love the layout of a lot of it, but for content, my favorite parts of this magazine are the shaft interview, the hoefy interview, and the ed several interview. Those articles were so informative to me.

got my mag yesterday when i got home and i was super excited. i've read everything and i have to say that it's a first class publication. the stock of the paper is wonderful and girthy, the design concepts are just fun, colorful and bold, the interviews were fantastic and i feel much more educated when it comes to shafts. you guys have a geat product here and it's something that i'll be flipping through over and over. i was excited to see a couple of my questions asked to jim furyk, it kinda made me feel like i was talking to him, but not really, haha.

the only complain i had, and it's probably only gonna come from me, was that i had an extremely difficult time reading the furyk interview. the text of his responses seems to be some shade of green and i'm red/green color blind so i had a tough time distinguishing the text from the page. i know that's rare but it was the one thing i struggled with.

overall, this magazine is first class. they won't last long in stores!

Thank you Duey. The shaft article/interview was one of my favorites as well. As mentioned, I also love the Hoefy interview (he is so funny and honest) as well as the Ed Several interview. Few people understand what goes on at the PGA Show, and he explains it well. I also am really partial to the layout that was done. The Style.Art.Performance piece looks so cool, as does the Method Putter Product Showcase. Glad you are enjoying it as well.

I finally got through the majority of the magazine and have to say, you guy's out did yourselves once again. I'm loving it and really excited about the one I sent to my mom for her enjoyment. The shaft section has to be the best part for me, I can now understand a lot more about flex, torque and kickpoints. The interview with Jim Furyk was another great section, but then again the entire magazine was well done. At this point I keep looking for something to be critical of, but just can't. Well done THP. I find myself very proud to be a member here.

I did notice and thank you so much. I didn't want to mention it in case anyone else was missed some how. I promice I will treasure it, Liz thinks I'm so nuts because it goes in a certain spot out of traffic, lol. The layout and graphics were incredibal as everyone has noticed, the Hoefy interview was really good, but as nerdy as I am I connected to the shaft section, haha. Liz commented that it was better quality than some of her expensive cook books, lol. You all did a great job, I'm really excited to see what my 80 year old mother thinks, lol.

Sunday and Monday I finally got to read everything in the magazine, well done once again. I loved the articles, specially the shaft one. He had some great quotes in that article. And the DSO was about as thorough as you can get, loved it! It was just a great issue!

I got home last night to my new issue of THP and read the whole darn thing....hahaha, I got into it and just didnt stop. I loved the layout and the clean look! A wonderful read. Then last night my wife says, "oh this came for you, not sure what it is" I'm like WHAT?!? It had come last week and was set down on the "school stuff" counter the kids use, so it was buried under backpacks and art work and everything else all weekend. So sad!

I went through the magazine last night and was so impressed, it is even better than I thought it would be. Great job THP, you really have a magazine you can be proud of!

Mine actually arrived yesterday - but I didn't check the mail until this morning. So far (just hit the PGA Show coverage) I'm impressed! Much higher quality than any other sports magazine I've ever picked up off a rack anywhere!

Yep, read it cover to cover last night. Loved every bit of it. Although Heather did raise one small complaint - GG and her version of style definitely do not agree. But she's not a girly girl and dislikes pretty much anything pink, so I saw that coming. :D

Lol that's funny! Many of the bottoms in the magazine come in different colors but we wanted brighter colors for the magazine. I am not really a girly girl either there are a few things about me that are very girly.

No worries! She's much more of a Black/Green/Red kinda gal - preferably in their darker shades. Pastels definitely are a no-no I've found! But I really liked the women's section, nicely done. :clapp:

I made it through a few pages and then I woke up 4 hours later to find it on top of my face. I guess I didn't realize how tired I was after a few hours of sand volleyball. This will be great to sift through over the weekend!

So far, from what I saw, this is a great piece of work. I don't recommend using it as a pillow or a sleeping mask though. :D

Got mine in the mail yesterday. I could not believe the paper quality. Those pages are awesome! I wish that all magazines were like that. I wasn't able to read the entire thing last night, but I got as far as the article on shafts. That will be tonights reading. I did notice the font issues with the Furyk interview, but other than that, I haven't noticed anything else. Top notch work guys! I really like the way that you've put everything together. The articles are very well laid out and the illustrations/pictures look awesome. You guys obviously put a lot of effort into it and it really shows. I can't wait to finish reading and am eagerly awaiting the next release! Keep up the awesome work!

Ordered mine last Sunday evening using the Paypal option, received shipping confirmation early Monday morning, magazine arrived within a week sometime on Saturday (via USPS Media Mail). So I'll say that I received reasonably quick service. Thank you! I am under the impression, but do not know for sure, that it was sent to me straight from THP-HQ.

I haven't had a chance to take a good look at it yet, but the cover looks great!
