They sure are. We wanted our forum members to win more prizes, however more non-members purchased tix. That is why we set the grand prize for forum only.

You are absolutely right Smallville. I am part owner and I didn't want to join at first. I had never been on a message board or forum before and I was content just monitoring threads and writing reviews, but after lurking for a while I decided to start joining in on the fun.
