we are giving it a try today. It’s not going great, but we have some alternative things to try later. Recommended by the pro shop.

the Biofreeze will help temporarily with pain but if it's inflammation I would say to try to get some CBD cream from somewhere. If it's infection you're going to need some antibiotics.
