about 2.5hrs around 250deg(F) then made/applied glaze and raised the temp for a few minutes--this was with the plate setter(cooking indirect)

Love those ribs.

For us, I tried a new recipe for grilled sweet and spicy chicken drumettes. Needs adjusting but I can see the potential.
