Well I just got back from being in Maui for 2 weeks and I played lots of golf.

While there I did many things in my golf game.

  • Shot my best round ever (+1 72)
  • Hit my longest drive ever (314 yards, GPS verified)
  • Got my first eagle on a par 4
  • Was under-par for a single hole, combining every round I've played it. (#16 The Dunes at Maui Lani. In 4 rounds I shot par, eagle, birdie, birdie)
  • Shot under par for 9 holes for the first time (-2 33)
  • Went to a David Leadbetter Academy and added 20-30 yards to my AVERAGE drive (was 220-230 average, now 240-260 yards)
  • Improved my iron play, giving me more and better putts at birdie
  • Dropped my putts per round to <30

So that was what I did in Maui in 2 weeks, I am very happy with what I did.

Great results 907, maybe I need to go to Maui, probably won`t help my golf much but would do wonders for my tan(or lack there of!!)

I'll tell you what Farmer, I got a hell of a tan there, and I was already pretty tan. But I think the Leadbetter golf thing is what gave me all that.

Pretty impressive accomplishments 907! Congrats!

Way to go 907, I'm a little jealous of the whole going to Maui and playing golf thing. Since you live in Alaska though, you probably deserve it.

I'd be happy to do in my lifetime what you did in two weeks!

I was going to say I wish I could do that at age 16, but the fact is I can't do it at any age!! Congrats, you should rightfully be very proud of these accomplishments. I hope they keep coming!
