Putter Question - Would You Use This

Sorry but I dont think I would use that. Just a little too over the top for me.
 
What's the status on this putter? Has THP received this yet?
 
Looks like it only make contact with the top of the ball, hence sending it rolling end over end faster. Is that a correct assumption?

That's the point of it. Gets the ball rolling instead of skidding.

And not exactly the top of the ball, just above the equator of the ball on a normal hit.

That is what it is designed to do, I believe. Create more forward spin/roll.

Based on my fitting at Studio B that may not be a great thing.

I could. I've wanted this type of putter for a long time.
 
If it makes you a better putter I would game just about anything.
 
I thought I was appreciative of modern technology and wouldn't turn something down based on looks, but man, after seeing this putter and the one that looks like a smart phone on a stick, I don't know if I could use them. I mean, can it really roll it straighter for you? At some point, putting accuracy has to be about the indian as well as the arrow.
 
No I would not. Too much function, not enough form for me.
