Ended up chosing a Almond Chicken Salad Wrap and a bowl of Black Beans, it was delicious.

Is that a Boy Scout recipe - put scrambled eggs and all the other ingredients into a ziploc bag and drop into boiling water until cooked?

That's where I had my first "omelette in a bag" - at a father/son boy scout outing a few years ago. Came out pretty good!

Grilled chicken over salad. Most of the time eating as healthy as I can tastes good - but it's so hard to sustain!
 
We had chicken and pineapple with chipotle sauce and some wild rice
 
Pork chops, potatoes and mixed veggies.
 
Leftovers and a sandwich.
 
Leftover mexican food turned into a mexican bowl.
 
Veal Chop with mushrooms and marsalla wine and roasted potatoes. . . . thank god I married a good cook or it would have been another Big Mac!
 
Chicken cutlets, baked sweet potato, roasted brussel sprouts, and cucumber, tomato, and avocado salad.
