This coming from a transplanted Texan living in on the east coast still holding out hope for his beloved team. You would have a better chance embracing the Washington Nationals versus holding out hope for your Cowboys. Ok to clarify some things here because I am starting to get PM's asking how this roommate situation is going to work out.
Starting next month I am going to ask each of you who you want as your roommate. You are free to room with whomever (is it whom?) you want. Just keep in mind that if you arrive BEFORE your roommate (meaning a full day or more) or you leave AFTER your roommate (again meaning a day or more after) than you are responsible for the cost of the room by yourself until your roommates has checked in. That rate will be $299 and then once they are in the room with you the rate drops to $207.50/person per night that you are in the room together.
As far as villa mates go, that's where I will be making the decision. This is being based on arrival departure dates because we need to have all rooms in the villa filled with THP'ers in order to have access to the common area (living room, dining room, kitchen). You may make requests of who you would like as your villa mates, and as long as they have the same dates as you then I can pair you all together in one villa.
Also, villas are going to be either ALL double bed room or ALL king bed rooms, there is no mixture, so those requests cannot be granted.
I hope this clears this up a bit and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me. Thanks!

Morgan - I know that when I booked with the resort it was to arrive on Thursday and depart on Monday and I believe at the time they said we could add a day at the beginning if we were to arrive on Wednesday, etc.
With that said, are you setting up villa assignments based on the confirmation number we sent you after booking or will you be confirming dates with everyone in case they have made any changes since original booking took place?
