"Lemon chicken" (chicken marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest, thyme and honey) with steamed broccoli and oven baked roseval potatoes with garlic and rosemary.
 
went to my brothers inlaws house for their 40th wedding anniversary and chowed down on some bbq brisket and everything that goes with it
 
Just snackin' - cheese, pepperoni and crackers with a sanpellagrino limonata
 
Had supper at Chili's had sweet & spicy chicken, here is the menu description. Habanero & sweet orange glaze brushed over grilled chicken with onions and peppers. Served with rice and steamed broccoli. I substituted the rice with black beans. It was really good, the first time I have tried it.
 
Eggs and toast.
 
Sausage, potatoes and onions. Yummm.
 
Pot roast, potato, and salad plus ice cream for dessert.

The sausage, potatoes and onions were so good Sunday, I'm making them again tonight.

Staying at the Winn Encore some will be having Pizza from the Authentic pizza joint in house.
 
Had some cajun pasta with grilled chicken. It's one of the few things that I actually can make that doesn't start frozen.
