I had a Brit friend back in NYC... When we first met and were hanging out we exchanged numbers/addresses. Later on, as we left the coffee shop, she says "OK, well, later in the week I'll knock you up and we can go to dinner" I was very confused.

I begged her pardon and queried "knock me up?"

She says "you know, swing by your place and get you for dinner."

Sounds like she had already skipped past dinner and went straight to, "Wanna come in for a nightcap?" :act-up:

Those are fun moods. I feel the same way bro. I have an awesome weekend away with the family planned. I've had a ridiculously awesome August at work. I'm just stoked to be alive!

Heck yeah!

Tonight is "Parent's Night Out" at my son's school. Basically a little fundraiser they do every now and then. We drop him off in the morning, and then they have a playground/pizza party/movie night at school from 6:00 to 10:00. We don't have to pick him up and bring him back or anything.

$5 an hour...

So Daddy might be be getting in some after work golf this evening

Nice camping hat CB! I have an old plaid bucket hat that I use as my camping hat.

I just found out that the new golf course going in right by the new casino 10 miles east of me is a Rees Jones design. Construction is wrapping up, set to open next year.

That's kinda cool.

Edit: Designed by some dude that works for Rees Jones, Inc. Golf Course Design.

You're all very funny thanks guys. 3 days at a nice lake that has wi-fi and electricity. Plus I don't get to wear this hat a lot and it makes me happy.
