He's only good at boxing up items. I don't think unboxing is part of his MO.

Turns out I need to re-take the written driver's license test to get my license transferred back to Ohio. This should be interesting.... Def. putting it off as long as possible

That sounds awful. Might want to dust off the learners permit guide to be safe.
 
My grandfather passed away at 3:05PM yesterday...by 3:12 a distant relatives girlfriend had decided, in all her wisdom, that she should go ahead and start asking for prayers on Facebook...like it was a freakin race to be the first person to let the world know about it...

One of my cousins, his youngest grand daughter, had already seen the post when I called her at 3:20 to break the news to her...

What a $hitty way to learn of the death of a loved one/close family member....nice job dumba**

Thanks THP and members for giving me a somewhat annonymous place to get that rant out of my system.

Unfortunately, I think people look for reasons to post news like that on Facebook. Sorry to hear of this in your situtaion.

I hate those that use social media because of the attention and popularity contest. Sorry about your loss
 
Well I feel somewhat bad about making a rant out of this, but our grades just got posted and the elective I had to take this semester for my MBA gave me a B+!

A freaking B+? I figured that was my most for sure A... I am not 60% done with my MBA and this is the only class I have failed to get an A in. I sent him an email asking for some answers since he didn't provide any feedback all semester. I will be interested to hear what he says.

if this is the only B I get in my MBA I am going to be very very upset

It happens man. My GF got her first B in college (college algebra which is nothing related to anything she ever wants to do and worked her tail off in that class) last year and I thought she was going to have a heart attack. I never was like that but I didn't realize how much it meant to get A's when you always did. Hopefully the professor understands your frustration and will reason with you.

I just want a reason. I don't expect my grade to get changed, but without any feedback minus one paper which I got an A on, I am shocked to see a B+ haha

dude Im in grad school.. it isnt college haha. Its a full time job and class at night, i dont get any of those awesome benefits I had in undergrad

dude, I would handle it very professionally. Which in turn will make him do so.

I did. I simply said I was curious as to why I recieved a B+. I said the only grade we actually recieved I got an A on, so I was wondering what I did that caused my grade to drop to a B+.

I even wished him a merry christmas
