Yikes, potential is always the word that comes to mind with her, based on all the hype I'd say she hasn't lived up to it.
 
The coverage just started and they are showing the highlights of Inbee Park's round.

It is sad that so few people are in the crowd following the Number One player. (I am sure the other groups are also severely lacking in spectators.)

AND, she is the first round leader so far with a 67 today.

Gulbis at -2 after hitting all fairways today. Maybe this course fits her eye.

Looks like she's using a Ping, and going with the cross handed grip. She's definitely in need of some luck one of these tournaments, seems like she hardly ever gets a good break anymore. Like today she hit one to the left of a green, it starts rolling back, and lands in a sprinkler head hole instead of rolling back down onto the green and towards the flag. I'm still rooting hard for her like I do with every tournament. She always seems to be in the thick of things just can't seem to get a break when she needs it.
 
Overnight leader shot 77 today to go with her round 1 66.

Inbee Park even through 5 today, two behind IK Kim.
 
And Inbee Park ties IK Kim for the lead at -7, three clear of third place.
 
I don't know if ESPN is messing up or if it's Time Warner. Either way it's annoying.

Just saw the Michelle Wie withdrew. (Watching this on DVR)

Classless move by Wie, who claimed she was not feeling well. At least tell the truth, you wanted to get out of Dodge because you sucked it up and didn't want to come back this morning to play one more hole.

Older Korda (Jessica); BF took over for her regular caddy, who was fired after the 9th hole.

Just saw this on the broadcast on dvr. Very strange.

And Park stretches her lead to five. I figured we'd be talking a Tseng tearing up majors like Park is doing right now. And Tseng misses the cut. What a fall for her.
 
Wow, Inbee can make a bogey. There is still hope for the field.
