Texas BBQ at County Line on the Lake in Austin. Some solid sausage and darn good brisket. I'll still take my Carolina pork over theirs any day though.

So I made due with the horrible weather and had to bake chicken.

Had a long ass day. Worked a tournamnet at the golf course at sun up and ran insurance calls all day afterwards. Got home a little while ago. Almost went back out for McDOnald's because I couldn't find anything quick to eat, but instead I had two old Banquet frozen dinners from the freezer and now I am having dessert. An onion bagel.

First attempt at homemade general tso's chicken and it came out really well
