Golf Rangefinder or GPS?

I use GPS. One friend has both and yardages are with 1-3 yards. Prefer GPS because from where I am (off the fairway, in the woods) I can still get a reading.

I guess it depends on what you're looking for. I have a GPS that I just purchased, its a neat little toy

If you can afford it, get both. I have, and use both units. If not, go with the GPS, as it has fewer limitations for usage.
