Hey All,
Just got back from the Animal shelter and picked out a new female terrier mix dog for the family. She will get spayed on Tuesday and we will pick her up Wednesday. My 7yr old son is super excited.

Problem is...we are having problems with a name....
That is where you come in

Whomever can come up with the best name will win a little Club Glove Prize pack
1) A Brand New set of 3 Sheepskin Royal Blue wedge Covers &
2) A Brand New zippered Club Glove 5W headcover

Rules are Simple
1) Each THP Member can submit 2 names to this post
2) Deadline is Tuesday night, 8/24 @ 11:59PM CDT
3) Any duplication of the winning name will be deferred to the person that posted first
3) Wednesday, my family will pick the winning name and I will ship off your prize..

Kind of have a roll tide theme there.

I know they sound like boys names, but I think they can work...hehe

To start, I don't believe in two syllable dog names. Teaching takes determination, timing, consistency and short precise commands that reward accommodation. Begin those commands with the dogs first name, every time. One syllable makes it easy to learn the command. However, they can learn to have a two syllable name during special hours of the day. exp: I called mt dog Billy or even William during the evening and he responded well do it because he knew there would be no command associated with it, lol.

My name's are:

1. Constance (train name Conn)

2. Jewel (train name Jew)

I work hard to find names that wont interfere with commands, but your commands may be different. Pet's love pet names, so after hours use their full name, haha

great job on rescuing a dog bama!! I rescued mine a few years ago and love here. Here are my name selections.

first of all, good for you for rescue'ing a pup bama.....far too many people don't do the same and it's a pity. great looking dog and i'm sure she's gonna fit right in with you and your family. i have had many a terrier in my day, they take patience and work but are super loyal and very much fun.

my two name suggestions:

corrie (scottish term for left handedness)
TC (just cause i think that would be cool)
 
nice, we just picked up a rescue dog last week... Chocolate lab/hound mix...
