Tell us which course is your Home course

My home course is Painted Dunes in El Paso, Texas. Just over 6900 from the tips but the course is a desert one and requires accuracy. It has three 9-hole courses which gives it a different look every once in awhile.

I guess I don't really have a home course, but the one I learned the game on was torn down a few years back, but there's one right down the street from it that I play quite a bit, Mahoney:

http://www.cameronhills.com/index.html 15 minutes from my house, so only real option. Every other course is 45+min away. Course isn't that great, but can be challenging. Course can play pretty tight as there are trees around every fairway. Just found out there are doing a full membership for $2k. I will never pay that much when I can drive 45 minutes and pay $2.5k for a full membership here: http://www.mattaponisprings.com/sites/courses/newpage.asp?id=222&page=4140 Mattaponi has been ranked in the top 100 in the US and this membership includes full use of practice facility. My course now will still charge you for balls (old, worn out) after paying $2k for their dump. If I could just get some of my normal golfing buddies to join Matta, I would do it in a heartbeat.

I'd probably consider my home course to be Greystone in Dickson, TN (http://www.greystonegc.com). Even though it is about 30-40 minutes from my house, it is a great layout and the best value in middle Tennessee. Fortunately, I also get to travel a lot for work and am always looking for great courses.

My home course is The Elyria Country Club, I am not a member there but i have worked there for over 14 years as a caddie, bagroom assistant, starter, proshop worker, pretty much anything ive been asked to do. In 2005 ECC celebrated its 100 year anniversary and is one of the greatest courses ive played. I probably play 30-40 rounds there a year with my playing privelages.

Looks like PAINTED HILLS is our new home course as Jacqui will be starting to work there in a couple of weeks. She will also be working at ROYAL MEADOWS since they are affiliated with each other.

She'll still be working for the insurance company I work for but not full time anymore. It's time for a change.

Fore Lakes Golf Club

i love the course cause it really challenges your accuracy water comes into play on at least 14 of the 18 holes

Home course is Miccosukee Golf Club, Home course of Cristie Kerr when she was learning the game. Nice track, lots of water, 27 holes, located in the heart of Kendall, Florida. Have the opportunity to play Doral pretty regular as well. Would call it home course B.

"...some friends and I started comparing lists of top-five favorite courses in the country. I listed Bethpage Black, Cypress Point, Spyglass, Pacific Dunes and Forest Dunes. They’re all on the list for different reasons and in no particular order, but sixth on my list would be Baywood."

Pinecrest Municipal GC. Nothing special but it did make the top 50 in Golf Digest's best muni's which is pretty respectable for my neck of the woods.

I have a couple different ones. Mainly Schenectady Muni and Stadium GC both in Schenectady NY
