I'm looking into new shafts and would like some recommendations on a shaft that I'd like to have paired with a new set of Mizuno MP245's. Currently my swing speed is about 80-82mph with a 7 iron approx 145-150 yards.

If you’re looking at SF available thru Mizuno, the i95 F3 would be a good shaft to look at. It should be available in Mizuno’s fitting cart.

From my experience and in my opinion only, Steelfiber shafts tend to play a half flex stiffer then most others. Get fit is my suggestion. They are a costly upgrade so I would want to know they work.
