Heal of driver

I find my self hitting the ball more off the heal of the driver, not the heal persay just the inside of the driver more so. like half inch off the center. Would moving the driver open or closed move the ball more to the center of the club?

For most players when you set up to the driver I would like to see the ball just out past the mark on the crown of the driver. With as much toe down and shaft deflection as you get with the driver lining it up more towards the toe at setup should help you find the center more often.
