I can't pull it with my hands but I feel the gap gets bigger after a practice session or a game

Sounds like the ferrule just came loose.

Got my driver about 5 months ago and the only thing I did to it was adding led tape

Might just be the ferrule. Check to see is the shaft is turning after hitting balls
