Over the past 2 years I've noticed that the night and next day after a round I stiffen up. Thinking that possibly a warm down or post round stretches might help. Anyone have a good routine they use?

Does anyone do a stretch routine post round?

Post round, I’ll lie on a foam roller and cry for a bit.

Stretching: work your way up. Calves, quads, hamstrings, chest, arms. Particular moves don’t always work for everyone, just gotta feel out what hurts and what you think will help.

I hit 50-80 practice golf balls just about every day. Rain, or shine. My legs get a little stiff once in while on wake up post round, but that goes away when I start hitting golf balls again. My continued swinging of the golf club keeps post round soreness away.

I don’t have a stretching routine, so to speak. But I will perform some piriformis and hamstring stretches pre and post-round. Also, once home and immediately after a shower, the ice-pack goes on my lower back. Matter of fact, I’ll ice on and off for the rest of that night.
