Amateur around scratch
Basically I bought a dz monday and cant wait to give em a go. Im swamped at work right now and had some questions for those of you who have played the Q-Star. I realize that there is a Q-Star thread but due to my work load I just like to check back into this thread seeing as how the otehr is 11+ pages.
Questions:
1. Distance off the driver as compared to you current ball?
2. How the ball reacts into the wind?
3. How durable is the ball as compared to other balls you've played.
4. 80 yd SW/LW shots... do they hit and release a foot or so, hit and stop right by their mark, or spin back?
5. Chipping. Can I chip them right at the hole with spin and expect them to stop like a "tour" ball or should I expect some roll?
6. What ball could you compare them to? And are they a little worse, a little better, or perform exactly like the ball you compared them to?
