Wraps?

I like pink grips (don't ask), and I'm looking at some cross lines with pink shading. The problem is that they're undersize. I usually play standard with 2 extra wraps on the left and three on the right. Two questions:
a) would this translate to 6 on the left and 7 on the right?
b) if so, will that many wraps fit?

I'd say you would just about have to try one first done that way and see. It will be a tight fit, so use plenty of solvent.

Okay, so it looks like I'd only need four on the left and five on the right. I think that should work. How will that affect the swing weight of the club?

Not sure 100% on the weight, but I would think a bigger grip would weigh more than the tape. I know everyone says that wraps = midsize, but for me, the midsize grips have a bit wider butt than a normal size.
