Getting the height and distance you've always wanted for your drive has never been easier than with the reusable Loft Tee. This versatile, alternative tee with a patented ball rest allows golfers to square up to the ball better and launches it with less friction building confidence and allowing golfers to enjoy the game more. The Loft Tee's patented ball rest allows you better visibility to help you square up to the ball and is available in two versions with and without a loft angle. Both will add more height and distance to your drive off the tee. The Loft Tee is available in two unique angles, 12 and 18 degrees so you can finally achieve the loft you want.
The Loft Tee Pro has no loft angle so it's similar to a standard tee but comes with a flat stabilized base attachment that helps reduce friction. "We believe that either version of the Loft Tee will help improve your game," said George J. Ruggeri, President New Business Solutions, Inc. "Both allow you to square up to the ball better and both eliminate the friction you get using a normal tee. Although the Loft Tee cannot be used in competition play, since it has an added angle benefit, the Loft Tee Pro, however, is flat and doesn't provide any angle advantage."
Ruggeri said that many club makers are in the process of experimenting with new club designs to give golfers more loft. In addition, golf instructors are continually recommending that their students square up to the ball to achieve greater height and distance.
"With the Loft Tee we allow golfers to hit the ball the way they normally would without changing their swing or buying more clubs and still provide them with extra loft and increased distance," he said.
The Loft Tee team walked around the Demo Day area at Orange County National giving both male and female golfers a chance to try out the Loft Tee.
"We received extremely positive feedback," said Ruggeri. "Almost everyone of the golfers who tried it commented on how much easier it was to square up to the tee and how effortless it seemed to hit the ball and how great it felt after they did."
Loft Tee also had a booth on the floor of the Convention Center at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Fla. and had the product in the New Product Center.
"There were numerous positive comments made about the Loft Tee after show attendees had an opportunity to hit off the Loft Tee at the hitting bays," said Ruggeri. "Golfers were amazed with the loft and distance they got using the Loft Tee even when they didn't hit the ball solidly."
Made from a polycarbonate plastic blend, the Loft Tee also has another advantage over standard wooden tees, its versatility and reusability.
"We've found that it is very possible to play a complete round of golf using the same Loft Tee from the first hole to the 18th," Ruggeri said. "It's completely recyclable and extremely environmentally friendly."
