Quality Practice Mat?

I'm toying with the idea of setting up a semi-portable practice area in my garage, but I want to make sure I get a high-quality mat -- that is, something better than the usual astro-turf range mat.

Does anybody have any suggestions for a high quality mat?

Ideas/advice about a sturdy yet portable net are appreciated, too.

I don't know of any brands specifically but i would buy a full size one. The kind you stand on. I had one that was just for hitting off of, but the ball is raised to high off the ground.
 
Yeah, I'm thinking at least 4x4 but maybe 4x5.
