I wish you hadn't made me think about that.

I don't think the cost of one bag and setup is the issue ... it is the cost to get to your current status that is!

Maxfli cart bag - $160 Dicks Sporting Goods (about to upgrade to the new Razr Staff bag which is 330)
Diablo Octane - $200 Dick's Sporting Goods
Cobra S3 3 wood - $59 (new on Ebay. Sometimes it helps to be left handed. Less bidders!)
Cobra S3 5 wood - $101 (new on Ebay)
Callaway FT Fusion 3 & 4 hybrids $100 each on Rockbottomgolf.com
Callaway Big Bertha 08 irons (new from a golf pro $250) 4-PW
Callaway X22 56 degree ($35 used on Craigslist)
Cleveland CG15 60 degree wedge - $49 (used on Ebay)
Odessey white hot sabertooth - $89 rockbottomgolf.com

Sun Mountain 4 wheel micro cart $190 at pro shop

So a little more than $1300 this year (just started playing in March) not including at least another $2000 in more clubs, balls, towels, tees, shoes, greens fees, etc.. Woah, didn't realize it was that much :dohanim:

I refuse to post in here for fear that the wife might stumble across it someday

Probably in the $2,500 range. Includes fittings, shafts, heads, etc. like someone said above, shooting under par is worth every penny!!

That. Just. Happened. (tapatalk)

Didn't pay retail for anything thanks to Roots and Relics in downtown Honolulu (last place you'd think you'd be finding deals, right). Still makes my right @$$ cheek quiver thinking of it though.

t***y 910D2: $320

t***y 910F: $225

t***y 910H: $210

Srixon Z-Star irons (4-P) These were brand new with the exception of the 7 iron being hit with tape on the sole on an indoor launch monitor once.(drumroll please): $440 dollars

Vokey 48*: $105
Vokey 52*: $99
Vokey 58*: $105

Cleveland Classics Putter: $65

Project X irons shafts: $188

Vibrant putter shaft: $20

Golf Pride NDMC (black and orange): $117

Iomic (orange) putter grip: $15

Sun Mountain C130: $175

For a grand total of $2085

(forgive me if I'm wrong, however I did just Tapatalk this mother and do running math at the same time)

P.S. This doesn't include all the $$$ lost on trying stuff and then selling it at 1/2 what I gave for it when I decided I wasn't fond. If I dared to figure that one out I'd have to add a new pair of underwear to the list when I saw what I'd done to the checking account over the last year.

Honesty is the best policy guys! No hiding anything form the wife. It will come back to bite you or worse!

3 wood - £74
hybrid - £80
irons - £300 (with a £200 trade in on my R9's)

waterproofs were £200

My wife knows exactly how much I spent, she is not that bothered as I bought her a horse. She can't complain at my hobby as hers is just as expensive

Bag: $100

3W: $125
3H: $95

safer just not to think about the cost :D

I paid about £80 for the bag many years ago, but apart from that my current set up cost a cool £500. Just a little of my time helping someone with their photographic equipment.

Oh and Mike, that horse will cost an awful lot more anually than your golf !!!
