One of the kids at our club aced the 440 ninth hole at The Boston Golf Cub in Hingham, MA a while back. He's a senior in high school and a little guy: about 5' 6" and 140 pounds, but he obviously hits the ball a long way. He's a +1 HI. He cut the corner by bombing his driver over some trees.

He's a nice kid and fun to play golf with.

Ah to be young again.....unfortunately I think I have sold my soul to the devil about five times over already so in my case help is decidely NOT on the way

That's horrible! Our paper does that too! It's so annoying..... It's sad that our world is so money hungry

I know. I can understand if the article was a year old, but to archive it so soon? Really?
 
Pretty incredible. These young kids any more can hit the ball a ton. Very cool.

I know. We have a tiny 12 year old girl at our facility who averages about 230 off the tee...she's a 1 HI. You should see my teenage son hit a one-iron. LOL
