Hey,

I've got my first ever lesson tomorrow. Any suggestions before I go or what to focus on? I'm a 16 cap, but most of my wasted strokes come from pitching, putting, and about 3 tee shots per round where I lose focus and spray the ball. However, I can't afford lots of lessons (this one was a gift), so any ideas on a relative easy thing to work on? I was thinking of just going there, hitting a few balls, and if there's nothing drastically wrong with my swing just focusing on pitching, but I'm open to any suggestion besides giving up the game!

Thanks

If it is to be a one time shot, just tell the pro the things you are interested in and let him see you swing, he can then suggest what area you need the instruction in and some things for you to keep in mind and practice later. I think if you and he/she hit it off, you will be back for more than the one lesson. Good luck and let us know how it goes .

Short game lesson could prove Priceless....... Have fun

Lets remember to keep this section clean until the THP Resident Pro has had time to chime in. Thanks.
