Totally different drivers in my opinion.
Outside of being white, they are really different.

Both have FCT /AST but one doesnt have sole plate
In terms of feel and distance
Haven't hit either, but I think the Cobra is cooler looking!

There is more to it than features. Spin numbers are larger deal and so is forgiveness. Then add the shaft into the mix.
S3 is slightly less spinning than the R11 for many.
Larger club head
One has a made for Blur shaft and the other is offering a completely different shaft despite the regular version offering the Blur as well.
Just very different drivers outside of them both being white.

I agree very different drivers other than their white color and their adjustability. However, obviously the r11 takes the cake goes to in having the most adjustability. The S3 has that big sweet spot for mis hits and the r11 is built more for speed and distance. I think the R11 is a better looking club in terms of aesthetics but the white s3 definitely has that novel feel to it. But definitely very different driver for very different players.
Between the R11 and the S3 which one has the a lower spin......
I havent tried the Cobra yet but the r11 had a very muted sound...

Both are pretty low spin, but if you are talking about just plain club head vs club head, its pretty close. Shafts are very different though. Are you sure you want low spin?

I am probably going to put a Accra Shaft - Light weight in it. 3.5 torque with a High Launch
Does that make sense
Or Do you know of a light weight shaft with a smooth tip.....
Yes, they are different beasts. Bases on looks, I find the Cobra looks less "gimmicky" than the R11. I do like How Cobra went white head on white (silver) shaft on white grip. That is really slick looking. I also prefer the Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G stock grip offering as well. However, if you are not a fan of the new white out taking place, then this is obvs not your club. Based solely on aesthetics, I like the Cobra. And as you can see from my signature, I am a TM guy.

You may want to read the review on the home page on the Cobra driver. It discusses that in detail.
As for the shaft, in my opinion there is no comparison. The Miyazaki has a better shaft makeup, more fitting options, better feel, etc.
