Betting with a few friends of mine. Bet is:
Each person picks 5 players, lowest total score wins. Bonus points are awarded if one of your players wins. We are deciding on what do do if one of your players doesn't make the weekend cut... points added to remaining players or DQ?

So... what would you do for cut players and of course... who's your five??
 
For cut players, give them the place they finished. For example, 94 points for player coming in 94 or T94, etc. In case of WD, give them last place.
 
I'm pretty sure if you checked out the link Beowulf posted you're good to go now. Money earned is the best way to do it.
