R510 Tp Driver

Not familiar with this driver since I've only been golfing a little over a year but bought it at a garage sale for cheap,guy had a million clubs in his garage but anyway I want to sell it on ebay.Question is, it has a serial number like TXXXXXX,is this what's known as a Tstump and means it was a tour issue club?Thing is a beauty but too much club for me,it appears to have never been hit.

T at the beginning of a serial number can mean tour issue depending on the model Im not sure it will make this one any more valuable though, if that is the question.
