Has anyone every played in a Pro-Am event associated with a PGA Tour event?

Curious as to what type of format is used. I understand it is normally one of the Pro's and 4 or 5 amateurs paying to participate of from the sponsorship companies.

Is it a scramble type, best ball or somthing else in terms of the play?

Thanks

I have played in a couple and it's a scamble format (at least the ones I have played) I have heard some are best ball formats but the majority are scrambles of sorts. It's nice if you get a good pro. My favorite was the Father/Son at Championsgate. I drew Tom L. and his son. We shot -16 and won. Tom was incrediable all day and took time during the awards dinner to sit and talk with and my wife. Very impressive as a person and golfer (the shots he hit and the putts he holed, oh my)
