Dad's are usually set in their ways. Mine is. They WANT the times to leave them behind so they can talk about "the old days". Not all of em', but a disturbing amount!

The only time my dad talks about the old days is when he asks how Hogan could shoot in the 60s with wooden shafts and other neanderthal technology. Well, his short game would have been stellar, he would have hit a 4 iron into a green instead of a 6 iron, and the courses were shorter. And the pros are a completely different class that 99.9% of those on THP. I'm a 16 handicap not a +16 handicap dad.

My grandpa used to be set in his ways with the 1980-90s clubs were just as good as today's and that all the equipment stiff was nonsense. One day he wanted to have a foot race, 40 yards. If he won then I had to buy my own gas to ride his jetskis. If I won he would go to the golf store and be fit for a new set of clubs and spent at least $500. I won. Let's just say he added a good 40 yards with his new 909D2 and putting got better with his White Ice 2-ball (this was summer 2009). I changed his equipment view.

Nice. Have a good time out there. We got at 9am soccer game for Foster. I can't think of anything better to do that early than to watch a bunch of 3 and 4 year old's run around after a soccer ball. I hate soccer.

Thats awful dude. Like Philly airport awful. Why do we even play that dumb game here in the USA. We hate soccer and everything about it. I guess just so we can make our 3-5 year olds tired before they realize its a dumb game and refuse to play it anymore.

hahahaha, yep. Soccer is anti-American. In fact, our men's team didn't even qualify for the Olympics. If you can't beat Guatamala or Bolivia then perhaps it's time to just jump ship. I don't know why he's playing. Erin wanted him to. I'd rather have him at the range and on the putting green. WIth my digital camera. B/c parents have cameras
