On the Fringe
a lot of cowboy fans in this thread last night thought so for sure......
Take the Sanchez hate out of it for a second and you'll see that Sanchez is a better QB than Nationwide Tour Romo at this point. He manages a game better, has better playoff numbers (stats, wins), and has won on the road in the playoffs. More than Mr.Romo has done so far.
Did you think we would beat the Jets? I sure didnt I would say most people didnt. It is 1 game in a very long season, and the Jets are one of the best teams the Cowboys will face all year. I will still stand by my 8-8 prediction

You know the Cowboys threw at Revis a lot last night....they sure weren't afraid of him....they just went to the Island one too many times.God bless Cam Newton. He's like the opposite of Romo.
I feel bad for Dallas fans. They should've won last night. But in all honesty JB, I could substitiute Mark Sanchez for Romo in you post and it too would be accurate.
It was like clockwork. After Romo threw the ball away on 1st and Goal from the 3 to start the 4th qtr I said to my Dad "You know he has been pretty good tonight so far. He hasn't tried to force the issue and hasn't made many plays that makes you scratch your head. I hope that doesn't change." I should have known better. The 2nd down play was nearly picked and would have been taken back for 6, and the play after that he fumbles. Then he tries to force the issue with a receiver who had little left at that point while he's being covered by Revis. WTF! Frustrating night. While I think there are some good signs to take away from that game, it more reminded me of Lee Westwood in a major solid for 3 parts and then can't close the door.
