I'd settle for my money back as well. Appears it was an honest mistake. But, the guy should have known better. I need thousands and thousands of transactions from an ebayer before I trust them with anything more than $20 or so. 350 isn't enough for me.
 
Just curious, but did you ever hit it? If so, how did it work?
 
Wow that really sucks! The differences on the head are subtle but they stand out if you know what it's suppose to looks like. For example the name the letters just look off, they are to tall and thin.

Never hit it, but I wanted to. Wanted to compare it to the real thing. I thought if I hit it, it might jeopardize the refund. Lucky for Me when I got the club it was raining so I couldn't go out and hit it as soon as I got it in.
 
Man this stuff is just scary to even think about, got to pay more for peace of mind.

Yes used and you could tell it had been played
