    Ocean City, Maryland courses...Recommendations?

I'm going to Ocean City, Maryland for a week. Anybody have any course recommendations? I haven't ever played in Maryland. I'm also planning to visit Annapolis, Baltimore and D.C. I'm hoping to squeeze in 2-3 rounds in Maryland.

all depends on which way you drive, I know there is a course right off of rte1 " The Rookery" its supposed to be a very nice course I looked at it online on their site like alot of the holes, yopu might want to look into that, but again I am not for sure how far it would be from OC MD, I thinks it is right before Lewis.

I grew up just outside OC and it all depends on how much you are willing to spend. IMHO Rum Point and Lighthouse sound are the best.If its windy they will play VERY difficult. The Rookery is about an hour north in Milton, De.

River Run is a REALLY nice Gary Player designed course that's right in the Ocean City area. I played there once a couple years back and it really stood out as an enjoyable round.

I go once a year. Just got back a few weeks ago. All the courses are pretty nice down there. Courses at Glen Riddle are nice. Played both and Baywood last time down. You can't really go wrong with any of the courses listed so far IMO

Thanks everyone. I'll check out all those suggestions. I'll be going 5/19-26. Any other places?

at Glen Riddle, our group enjoys man -o-war more than war admiral. A trip to Ruth Chris after the round is a must!, its located in the old stable adjoining the pro-shop.
Rum Point was more fun than lighthouse sound for less money.
