How close is my swing to being good?

I have been working hard at getting my swing to a good place and i think it is close just wanna know what someone else thinks

The swing itself looks really good. You are moving it on a very solid plane and the face looks square in the critical points. Tough to tell what it looks like through impact as it tends to blur but seems solid overall. The only point of concern that I noticed was the balance into the finish. It appeared that you were up on the left toe to finish. We always want the finish to end up in the left heel. I would work a little on your foot action to make sure your weight is shifting correctly.

I was a college basketball player and broke/sprained my ankle multiple times and i think that i have a hard time getting to the heel the ankle is week. Do you know any drills to help get to that heel and any that may help strengthen the ankle as well?
