Need help adjusting Nike Machspeed Black driver

I just bought the driver off of clubsandsticks.com for $99 shipped. I felt it was a pretty good deal. I opened it up and looked at the different settings. The directions seem very confusing to me. Could anyone that has (or previously had) this driver offer some assistance? I think I want it a on the first closed setting. Thanks for the help.

On the butt end of the grip it should align with the settings.

Do you mean the list that came in the bag? I'm looking at it and it shows L,R, Grey line, Yellow line. The problem is, the butt of my grip only has Grey line and Black line, not yellow. Right now, I have Left facing my clubface...

This just seems fairly not simple.

I have the STR8-Fit Vr Pro...which has 32 settings instead of the Machspeed which has 8, I don't have it right in from of me at the moment but I did find the settings chart which will help...and Thainer21 is right it should alight with the marking on the head and grip end. I screwed around with it a bit but ended up back at Neutral upright...

had the same issue when I got mine, hope you like it as much as I do, I have been bombing it off the tee with this driver, but as far as the adjustments, I had issue sas well, if you look on the head you will see the one line that sets the face, then on the shaft part of the connector you will have the various adjustments sizes, just line that mark up on the face to what setting you need then tighten it back up and the wrench will beep when it is tight as it should be,,,, there are a few setting on there but you said you wanyted it on the first closed setting so just unscrew it then turn it in toward that setting I think there is an arrow on the connector just put that line on the club face right at the mark and then just tighten it up.... let me know how it work for you...I set mine that way at first but all it did was hit it dead left. GOOD LUCK

Yeah, you will want it on setting 6, 7 or 8. Pretty much depending on if you need an upright or flat lie angle. Another thing, the yellow line wears out and is likely the black line that you see.

What is the difference between the "flit" or "upright" angles? I normally slice, tend to "balloon" the ball on mis-hits. I wonder if the line could wear out this fast? I mean, its new.
