Left hand rolling over Right hand at impact (left handed golfer)

Anyone have a tip or a drill to help stop my left hand form rolling over my right hand at impact? I have been taking some lessons here and my swing is much better shape then when we started but I can not stop rolling my left hand over the right at impact. I am only having this problem with my driver and my fairway woods. Even my instructor can not get me to stop. On video my swing looks good except at impact. I am sure getting tired of snapping everything to the right! Thanks for any advice.

I use to have this problem and It came from releasing too early, this resulted in a draw flight because the face was closed at impact and my hands had flipped. What I worked on was lagging the wrist hinge until about waist high and then released which kept my wrists flat at impact and my hands didn't roll on each other.
