    The Indian or The Arrow

    Most here have been playing for quite some time and thus have hit in the " Thousands of balls " if not hundreds of thousands on the range, and during a round.

    That being said and the fact that many of us here are willing to switch to one or more new clubs (many Club Ho's here) which do you think is more important,

    The Indian (golfer) or
    The Arrow (club)

    To me it's a delicate combo of both. If the golfer has an awful swing and just no skill at all, the most advanced golf clubs in the world aren't going to do jack...that said, a good or even mediocre golfer can maximize their results by playing the clubs best suited to their playing style.

    The indian but the indian needs to have proper arrows and bow's for that matter.

    The Indian. A good golfer can score well with just about any equipment. They can score better with properly fitted equipment, but to blame the equipment on bad golf seems odd.

    I'll go with the Indian because I've seen good players hit junk clubs better then most people hit the latest equipment. I think the most important part of the Indian is confidence and if your clubs do not instill confidence then the clubs are directly effecting your game. But still, Indian.

    I like what Freddie Couples said a few months back when an amateur said if he had the opportunity of having hand made clubs like Freddie he would play better , And Freddie said he would play him with the Amateurs off the rack sticks and still whip his butt !

    Its most certainly the Indian but you need good arrows. Now that I have a bag full of custom fit golf clubs that I love, I'm not planning on making any changes to my setup for quite some time. I think a lot of people hurt their scores by constantly changing equipment looking to get better, when practice and sticking with the same sticks would be more beneficial.

    The golfer ( indian ). I say this because a driver cant make you hit a draw instead a fade. It is based on the golfer and his swing.

    As the others have said, mainly the golfer, but a set of clubs that are matched to the golfer will make a positive difference.

    The Indian by far but I think the worst the Indian the more the arrow can help make them a better golfer.
