I am thinking strongly about putting lighter shafts in my R11s fairway woods. The 70g Rip Phenom shafts feel a bit heavy to me. I would like to lighten them up and take some stress off my elbow. "Normal" ball flight is ok. A tad higher wouldn't hurt though.

With this being said, any suggestions for a "reasonably" priced shaft? One more thing,,, Can you pull the ends off the current shafts??

Thanks in advance for the assist. :drinks:

BTW, I am also planning on going t the Winn Lite grips..

What is reasonable price?

Also, without knowing tempo and stuff, it's hard to know, but the Matrix HD Radix line is pretty high launching and can be found under $150.

This would be another great option:

Do you know what the tip size is on that? If it is .350, would you be interested in a Miyazaki C. Kua 59 in reg flex w/o an adapter? If so, let me know, if have one available for a very reasonable price.

it all depends on what you're willing to pay. let us know your price range and you'll get a lot more suggestions. as far as the tips go, those can not be saved. you have to torch them off and the plastic ferrule will surely melt.
