Trapped nerve

Today at work I have trapped a nerve in my left shoulder, I can turn my head left fine but to turn it right hurts and to reach up hurts. Anyone know any remedies to help?
 
I feel your pain.

I trapped what sounds like the same nerve about 4 years back. Pain started in exactly the same place then worked its way down my arm and back.

The nerve was trapped between two vertebrae so I hade to have traction sessions. They put you in a seat and literally try to pull your head off to stretch the spine a little and release the nerve!!

Best to go see the doc ASAP...
 
Dang boss, sorry to hear it. Go see the doc and get this checked out.
 
That doesn't sound good. Take duey's advice and get it checked out.
 
I seen a physio last night when I picked my daughter up from gym, she hurt me and hurt me some more but god it feels better this morning.
 
Ouch! Good luck with that!
 
Hopefully you should be fine now then assuming it was just a trapped nerve that the physio has released, just take it easy today and do some gentle stretching and make sure you do more before you play tomorrow
