Hello,
I am currently playing Ping G15 irons. They have stiff shafted AWT stock Ping shafts. The ball with my short irons/wedges go almost laughably high. I am curious if I were to change to a different shaft would it bring my ball flight down? My swing speed is roughly 113 mph.
 
You're going to get a variety of answers, based on everyone's experiences. I would personally recommend a KBS shaft, very good feel, lower flight, still great spin on your scoring clubs.

As Dan said, there is a variety of answers to this question. I personally would go to your local golf shop and try out a few different shafts.
 
I would suggest get fitted as this would be the cheapest in the long run.
 
Fitting would be first
But if you are just looking for Ideas If your Driver swing speed is 113 you could handle X Flex which would bring the flight down
I swing a similar speed I use X100's in my irons and S400's in my wedges
