Stretching tips, per round warmup routine

I need help.

Sometimes I cannot get loose for what seems like 6 holes.

I straighten my arms, and use opposite arms to pull on them and stretch my back, do deep knee bends, take two long irons and stretch my shoulders by "ski pole" stretch.

What are some ways everyone warms up?

Checkout this thread I started last year. I scanned an illustration that shows a few stretch routines that I still use to this day. They do wonders and get my back ready for my round!

The physical therapy didn't work, but those stretches sure loosen me up. Let me know if you need further explanation.

After going to PT I so badly wanted to buy one of those stretching cages. Man they're great for warm ups.
 
This is usually what I do for stretching before a round. I got them from various golf sites. i.e. TPI. I also have added the bretzel stretch to my work-out routine and it has helped tremendously.
