I need help.
Sometimes I cannot get loose for what seems like 6 holes.
I straighten my arms, and use opposite arms to pull on them and stretch my back, do deep knee bends, take two long irons and stretch my shoulders by "ski pole" stretch.
What are some ways everyone warms up?
