Create a new match play format

I have no idea what I would call this one besides, STEAL, but I would create a format where when you win a hole, you can take away a competitors club, but if the other person wins a hole later they can choose to get back one of the clubs they lost or take one of yours.

What new type of match play format would you create?
 
They have that in most of the Tiger Woods video games. I would simply bring back the old stymie move, and make it so that you aren't required to mark your ball.
 
Gamble. "I bet you this hole I can carry the left fairway bunker." Or, "I bet you this hole I can put my second shot closer to the pin."

How awesome would it be if they could gamble their match play points? Let's say you are 1 up with 4 to go. I can say "Double or nothing?"
 
Half stroke taken off for FIR and GIR (1 total stroke if both hit). I always thought it would be interesting.
