Respect for Callaway customer service.

Just wanted to share a recent encounter with Callaway customer service/ social media with you guys here at THP. Basically they had a twitter contest to receive an "I Love Big Bertha T-Shirt". For once in my life I actually won the contest. Unfortunately I was out of town, and for some reason didn't notice it on twitter for over two weeks later. Obviously I figured I had missed out, and wouldn't be upset if they had given the t-shirt to someone else. I shot a tweet to @HashtagChad, and here is what ensued
