Talking Condor "S" ball. any one heard of em.

So my grandma had a box of all my grandpa's old golf stuff. I now have more old golfballs than i know what to do with. mainly titleist from 95-96 ish. But i found a box with Condor "s" balls and ive never heard of em. they are supposed to make any par 4 under 400 yards reachable with a driver.

Anyone have experience with these. im curious if they are worth a shot. Probably not but the brochure makes them seem amazing

I bet JB can find some info about them. I seem to remember playing those when I was a kid, like in the mid 70's, lol

    Here ya go.

The Condor "S" golf ball is "the ball that flies too far" This non-conforming golf ball's extraordinary distance comes partly from a revolutionary new dimple design that keeps the ball aloft longer and a secret change in the core that makes it rise faster off the clubhead.

here is a review showing because of the dimple design they flew 13 yards further.

"The ball that flies too far; could obsolete some golf courses."
Hmmm, that phrasing sounds familiar . . .

All those would get me is 13 yards further into the woods or tall grass! I take a cart, I really don't want to walk any further! hehe

In the review, it said the S ball went 22yards farther while the A ball went 13. Thank goodness my grandpa left me the S balls

I thought the ball was too small to be conforming. I remember them from about 10 years ago.

I found one out on the course once. I wasnt very impressed with it. It was as hard as a rock, I got very little spin from it and it had very poor putting feel.
Im sure its great for distance, but distance aint everything...
