Headache after a round of golf

Its the heat and sun - and especially in Phoenix, the dry air (where sinus issues quickly turn into headaches) ain't helping. I get them too usually right behind one eye or the other - always have but mostly when I am playing inland California furnace conditions or in LV/Phx/Reno. I seem to recall it being bad in Texas 97degrees/88 humidity as well so maybe the dryness is not a huge factor. Never a problem in winter though.

Wear hats/glasses/shemagh/burkha take 4 ibuprofen pre-round and 4 more at the turn, drink NUUN tabs and as much water as I can, avoid beers - it doesn't matter. Once it's over 90 and bright out I'll get a headache after 2 hrs. If you have really light colored eyes like I do it doesn't help either. Eye doc say "meh" it just happens. Do you have migraines in your family? I do so I suppose it could be a small factor.

Basically move nearer the Pacific Ocean and only play along the coast!
