I hit a lot of my irons to the right (push). 10-15 yards.
I have tried a lot of different things to fix this with grip stance and path. I just sold my irons to try something different. I realize the problem is not the clubs fault. I broke my back in an accident in 1992 and have 2 vertebrae fused. I don't swing hard but I love to play.
I want to try out a set of graphite shafts. Can swing weight change going to graphite help?
Yesterday during the ST JUDES CLASSIC Peter Kostis did a video of hands in front of the clubhead at impact that was exactly what I have been fighting. I hit a lot of shots off the toe which really make this happen. It was amazing how much the clubhead turned.
Anything in a particular grip/shaft combo help? If the grip and shaft are lighter?
Thanks greg
