You guys have some good ones in there. Me First and the Gimme Gimmes is probably the best introductory punk band that's ever existed. I would also suggest, since I'm a punk rock kinda guy:

If you like blues/soul, check out a band called Vintage Trouble. The singer is phenomenal, guitar is sick...really cool.
 
Pretty much anything by the Black Keys - especially if you can find some live recordings.
 
I have really been enjoying Fitz and the Tantrums lately really good music.

Like Country? Go see an old buddy of mine play this weekend.
This guy was in the Air Force with me, when we were stationed in Texas (Wichita Falls, yuck).
He was an instructor on the other side of the hangar from me. He got out of active duty to pursue music.
