Up for sale is a new Aldila VS Proto "By You" 60 Regular flex driver shaft with Ping G / G30 tip.
This will fit the 2016 G and G30 drivers.
This will NOT fit the G25, I25 or Anser drivers.

Mid spin, mid launch. According to Aldila it fits golfers in the 210-240 yd range. I'd keep it but I already have 3 other shafts right now.

Raw shaft length is 44 1/8".
45 1/4" installed playing length.

I bought this brand new at Golfsmith last week. Installed a Brand new Ping grip and had the Tip put on. Tip is an authentic Ping ordered through Golfsmith.

How much difference is this from the R Flex TCF 419 that is in my G30?
 
The TFC is considered high launch and high spin and is counter balanced to deal with the longer 45.75 length. This is more mid launch, mid launch and Has a tighter feel. I have the Tour 65 and the VS Proto is more similar to the Tour shaft. Allows for a slightly shorter build like the Tour shaft as well. 45.25" for more control while maintaining swing weight.

For me the TFC even choking down was unplayable from a dispersion standpoint.

Not sure if you are familiar with Aldila NV (green colored shaft) or the Aldila NVS (orange color). The NV is more mid/low launch and spin and the NVS is high launch/ high spin. This one was built with newer materials than those and ball flight is between those. But tip wise it has a tighter feel like the NV not loose like the NVS.

I've gamed the Original Diamana Blueboard as well as the Miyazaki JDL. The VS Proto feels and plays very similar to those for me.

I'm shaft illiterate lol so this shaft will spin less and not launch ball as high?
